The wig Came in earlier than I expected. That’s the only good part about it. it looks completely different from what I saw on the videos. It looks Beautiful in the videos, but when I go to mine and open it, The quality and texture is just very cheap. I can’t believe I wasted 126,000 including delivery for something that is not even worth buying for 20,000. And one thing I find very tricky is on the liberal, saying once you open it, it means the wig has been used. It cannot be returned or refunded. Because you guys know that the wig is trash. Total scam

Can I use heat styling tools on the Hair?
Will my ReXI™ style tangle?
ReXI™ fibres are engineered to resist tangling and frizz, so your styles stay resistant to tangles with minimal upkeep. We recommend our Preserve Mist to preserve strand integrity , help with detangling, protection from frizz effect and matting.
Can the hair be washed or reused?
Absolutely. Our hair can be washed gently with mild shampoo and reused multiple times without losing its softness or sheen ( we recommend conditioning/moisturizing / hydrating shampoos)
Is ReXI™ hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive scalps?
Yes. ReXI™ fibres are lab-treated to be bacteria-resistant, skin-friendly, and developed hypoallergenic, making them suitable for sensitive skin and scalp.
What’s the best way to maintain my style?
Good storage, good combing/brushing techniques and great maintenance products. We offer individual styling tips for our styles and we recommend using our preserve mist & sheen drops product as maintenance product of choice
Do your wigs come in different cap sizes?
All our wigs come in a one size can that’s custom crafted to stretch and grip up to 26.5” circumference. The caps also come with an adjustable hook behind to adjust fit.
Do the styles come ready to wear?
All our styles come pre-styled, pre-cut and ready to wear out of the box
Can I color /Dye the Hair?
We don’t recommend dyeing ReXI™ — it won’t absorb hair dye well. However, we offer a wide range of pre-colored styles to choose from!
